The most talked about grape of the Cretan vineyard, Vidiano, meets the Aegean Athiri, in an attractive wine with a charming fruity aroma and liveliness, able to stand next to all the dishes of Greek cuisine based on seafood, vegetables and white.
Each variety is picked at the peak of its maturity and vinified separately. Battonage with the fine wine lees is done after the end of the fermentation to further improve the volume.
Bright and clear white-yellow color. It is pleasantly fragrant mainly with notes of white fruit such as pear, melon and grapefruit. Full very soft and velvety body, rich, well balanced. Its characteristic is the lasting buttery aftertaste in combination with the characteristic aroma of Vidiano.
