Your order will be processed as soon as possible during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 10am until 6pm).
In the event that the product ordered is out of stock we will notify you, to explain that there may be a delay in shipping the item. All items are dispatched using a 24 our delivery service to UK mainland destinations. Once your order is processed, we will send you an email to confirm and you will also receive tracking information for your parcel from our reputable courier.
Please note Blade products are delivered directly by our supplier and therefore may have a longer deliver time of between 7-14 days.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the following destinations online :-

- British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
- EU or international Destinations
- Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly
- Scottish Isles
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
We are unable to guarantee that the courier will deliver the products on time. Delivery can be affected by factors outside of our control and in particular affected by adverse weather conditions or peak ordering times. During festive and celebratory periods, like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s and Father’s day your order may be delayed as the courier network is extremely busy. Please allow enough time for your delivery to avoid disappointment. We will not be liable for any loss incurred through late delivery.
Once we receive your order, you will receive an email confirming it is being processed. You will then receive an email from the courier once your parcel is collected with further tracking information.
Pricing for bulk orders and palletised deliveries are also available. Please contact us on 020 7485 9733 for more details and bespoke pricing. If you place a bulk order , which needs to be delivered on a pallet, we may contact you to advise of an additional delivery fee.
Click & Collect
An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm that your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order reference number with your payment card and photo Identification such as a driver’s licence/passport.
Collection from our warehouse at 19 Ferdinand Street, Chalk Farm, NW1 8EU from Monday to Friday 10 am-6 pm.
Damages & Discrepancies
Please inspect the parcel on receipt and if the packaging is damaged or there are signs of a leakage please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to return the item to us.
If you discover that the contents of a delivery are damaged please take photographs of the packaging and contents and send these with as much information as possible to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
If you discover that you have received the wrong goods or there are discrepancies then please email us on the address above or call our customer service team (Monday-Friday 10am -5.30pm) within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Acceptance of Delivery
A signature would usually be required for all deliveries, due to the nature of the goods being carried. At the moment couriers will not ask for a signature on their dockets. They will deliver to your door but are not permitted to enter. A person over the age of 18 must be available to accept delivery. In the instance there is no one at home to accept delivery, the driver will take the shipment back to the depot and you would need to rearrange delivery or a collection from the depot. We are unable to leave parcels unattended in porches, sheds, garages etc. If an item is left unattended at your request, it is entirely at your own risk.
If the courier is in doubt about the age of the recipient they will request some form of photo ID. If the person receiving the product(s) is unable to produce appropriate photo ID, unfortunately the carrier will be unable to leave the shipment.
If the courier has been unable to deliver the goods to the address provided you may be requested to collect the goods from your local depot. You will be required to take photo identification and order details to collect your parcel.
Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order if you notify us of your intention to return the products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund the cost of the products as long as they are returned in a saleable condition. Please note the delivery charge is non-refundable and you are liable for the collection and re-delivery costs.
In the unlikely event the goods are faulty or damaged you can return your goods within 30 days of delivery, as long as you have complied with our damages policy. If the goods are faulty, the goods will be collected by a courier at no extra cost to you and we will replace the item if available or issue a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that any damages are reported promptly and in accordance with our delivery policy. Goods which are cancelled or to be exchanged must be returned to us in a saleable condition to be eligible for a refund.
