Varieties: Pinot Noir 100%
Vineyards: Vineyard at altitude 1100 meters.
Vinification: The selected grapes are carefully crashed and destemmed in new oak barrels. The skins stay during the whole fermentation. The free run wine then is racked to new oak barrels of 228 litters for malolactic fermentation and further maturation. The whole maturation lasts about 18 months before the wine is bottled.
The character: Bright red color with bluish hues. Different red fruits, herbal notes and hints of coffee on the nose. Elegant tannins accomplished by enough dose of refreshing acidity give a delicate fruity character in the palate.
