This is an age restricted product for persons aged 18 and over.Jivaeri is an ouzo coming from three distillation steps in order to maintain the cleaner of the so-called “heart” of the distillation. Produced with agricultural origin alcohol, with water from the Olympus rich in minerals and a mixture of aromatic herbs and seeds that are responsible for the unique flavor.
Ouzo is the Greek traditional Spirit (Protected Designation of Origin), produced after grapes distillation and flavoured with anise, containing 40 alcoholic degrees. Ideally served with mezes (small portion of appetizers) usually with fresh seafood. Produced in Central Greece by Katsaros Distillery.
