Vinification: The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.
The character: Bouquet of citrus fruit. Elegant and balanced flavour. Leaves a fruity after-taste, may be paired with white cheese, green salads with sweet sauce and sea food dishes.
