Babatzim Tsipouro with Aniseed is a classic tsipouro marc spirit from Thessaly, Greece. Since 1875 in Constantinople’ Balata, Anestis Babatzimopoulos of Stavros distilled his tsipouro using rare aromatic plants from the surrounding mountains of his village. The second distillation of tsipouro Babatzim is produced as in Istanbul in 1875. With raw material of musk grapes and various quality aromatics, they make the second distillation with the guide from the old recipe and the many years of experience of the BABATZIM family. Tsipouro BABATZIM with or without anise has a special aromatic flavour.
