Appearance: pours a clear golden with a large white foam, which slowly dissipates. Â Carbonation is artificial and I would describe it as medium.
Aroma/Nose: on the nose strong notes of commercially available apple juice with strong artificial apple aroma. Also hints of baked apples with a touch of sweetness and acidity.
Taste: it starts with medium sweetness, which turns to a moderate refreshing acidity resembling Granny Smith apple. As the taste develops, notes of Granny Smith apples and apple juice with astringent taste occur.
