Olives are harvested at the right time and delivered at the olive-oil press under conditions for strict transparency and hygiene. They undergo cold pressing within a few hours of harvest, to offer us the best possible extra virgin olive oil.

In a constantly changing world, climate change is the greatest challenge of our time and has to do with us all. We feel the responsibility and adopt measures to reduce its effects, which are certified and constantly improved, promoting good practice in the olive sector, thereby contributing, as far as possible, to a positive change toward this direction. We took action by working outside the box and reducing the emission of gaseous air pollutants. To begin with, we measured the climate footprint (CO2) of two of our products and move further. Within our approach to sustainable production, we have developed initiatives in four stages: in the field • in the olive oil mill • in standardization • on the shelf. For each of these stages, we create a positive impact and contribute to achieving specific sustainable development goals. Its high content of unsaturated fatty acids and low content of saturated and polyunsaturated fats, combined with its high vitamin E content and other antioxidants, make it an excellent remedy for treating and preventing many diseases.
