Jivaeri ouzo special collection triple distillation is an ouzo based on 150 years of tradition. It is passed through three stages of distillation in order to preserve the most valuable parts of the core thus the fine aroma and silky soft finish.
Ouzo is the Greek traditional Spirit (Protected Designation of Origin), produced after grapes distillation and flavoured with anise, containing 40 alcoholic degrees. Ideally served with mezes (small portion of appetizers) usually with fresh seafood. Produced in Central Greece by Katsaros Distillery.
