Hob – From Ambient: Combine 1 part of the couscous and 1 part of water with any flavouring such as stock. Bring the mixture to the boil. When the mixture comes to the boil turn off the heat, cover and leave for 5 to 10 minutes. Before serving plump up the grains with a fork.
