Simio Stixis Rosé ‘’;’’ is the Greek question mark. It is a wine that characterized by high acidity and a sweet, fruity aroma. It is an easy-to-drink rosé wine that can be drunk also as an aperitif.
VINIFICATION
Very light pressing of white and red grapes to produce a high-quality, low-colour intensity juice. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (18 – 20 oC) in order to maintain a varietal aromatic character and produce the desirable secondary aromas.
AGEING
Minimum maturation in stainless steel tanks for a couple of months before bottling.
CHARACTERISTICS
A rosé characterized by high acidity and sweet, fruity aroma of raspberry, honey and fresh rose flowers.
