In this Robola we enjoy an irresistible combination of the floral and white flesh fruits of the variety, and the refreshing acidity and amazing mineral and herbs that the terroir offers us. Nose of moderate aromatic intensity with notes of white citrus flowers, green almond, juicy ripe pear, peach, and bergamot.
On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with crisp acidity. White peach and citrus aromas such as lemon and lime are leading. Slightly floral elements but also a more intense mineral character follows. The pleasant citrusy aftertaste is left in the mouth for a while.
Food Pairing: Escargot, Grilled Squid with potato puree with gremolata.
