MEDOLIO’s factory is situated in the Industrial Area of Tripolis, at the center of Peloponnese, spanning over 9.240 m2 of privately owned land. We have a fully equipped laboratory for quality control of olive oil in combination with continuous controls in accredited external laboratories. Our goal is the production and provision of “one of a kind” product which provides all the nutritional and quality value of the highest standard for extra virgin olive oil. We have years of experience in processing, packaging and exporting. Our facilities and production lines are operated by highly qualified and staff with years of experience. We adhere to quality standards of operations certified by acclaimed international organisations.
Our production plant has independent fully air-conditioned, closed spaces for each production stage. The olive oil is stored in stainless steel tanks with double walls, in which a heating – cooling system operates along with the necessary measuring devices (temperature, occupancy, etc.). The tanks are equipped with nitrogen supply so that there is no contact with oxygen which is the enemy of olive oil. Our factory uses the method C.I.P (Clean in place) for cleaning and sterilizing empty oil tanks. All functions and processes are monitored by General Automation System.
