VINIFICATION METHOD:
Cold maceration and fermentation for 5 months in new oak barrels “sur lies.”
CHARACTERISTICS:
Bright golden-green color with rich aromas of tropical fruits and notes of honey against a vanilla backdrop. Mature, rich, refined palate with a complex vanilla aftertaste.
GOES WELL WITH:
Grilled oily fish, salmon and white meats. Enjoy it at 10°C.
