Six months fermentation on the lees, in stainless-steel tanks and partly oak matured for 3 months, with DIAM closure. The creaminess on the palate with the mineral, crispy texture make this perfect for grilled prime fish, poultry, langoustines and lobster. Can be aged for 5-7 years following the vintage.
