Intense aroma of citrus and flowers framed by yeast, brioche and nut characters. Rich body characterized by refreshing acidity, freshness, hints of flint and a long fruity aromatic aftertaste. Served as an aperitif. It accompanies excellent shellfish, roe and grilled fish as well as rice or pasta with herbs. Also try it with exotic recipes.
