The harmonious union of the French varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mourvedre brings us Andesitis.
A wine of deep red colour where the aroma of red fruits and spices blended with oak notes lend it a unique mildly bitter flavour. Although it is ready for immediate consumption, it improves by maturing for another 2-3 years in the bottle.
It goes well with red meat, spicy pasta and semi hard cheese. Served at 15-16°C.
