Amalia cordials are produced using a unique distillation technique and without preservatives, which contributes to their exceptional taste and quality. The flavours available are Lemon, Orange (both rich in vitamin C), Pomegranate, Rose and – the jewel in the crown – Almond (also known as Soumada). It can also be used to make a deliciously refreshing drink with either ice cold milk or ice cold water. Traditionally it is added into the Cypriot dish of “mahalepi”, which is a sweet treat made from maize flour, sugar, rosewater and rose cordial.
